3. AMC Trackers for All Equipment: Monitoring maintenance schedules and service history of equipment.

4. PPM Records of All Equipment: Documenting planned preventive maintenance activities for equipment.

5. Vendor Management: Managing relationships with vendors and service providers.

6. Invoices Billing: Processing and managing invoices from vendors and service providers.

7. CAM & Electricity Billing & Collection: Managing billing and collection for common area maintenance and electricity charges.

8. Complaints Management: Addressing and resolving resident complaints in a timely manner.
